Epicor’s new ERP Software solution will be available sometime before the end of this year. This highly anticipated ERP solution is expected to draw a lot of interest as it pulls a number of the best features from a variety of its products and consolidates them into one solution. This new ERP solution is marketed as a “next generation” ERP solution as it includes a number of functions such as CRM, SRM, EPM, etc.

Current customers can choose to implement this new solution at their own choosing. The announcement of Epicor’s new solution is similar to what Oracle did in its Fusion Applications Strategy. In pulling together features from a variety of different software tools, Epicor hopes to draw more customers due to the broad set of features that they offer in its new Epicor 9 ERP solution.

The initial release will support 20 languages and countries and will be available as an on-premise or SaaS solution.

Consona Corporation announced it has reached an agreeement to acquire Intuitive ERP assets from GrapeCity. GrapeCity is a value added reseller and builds upon Consona’s continued campaign to expand internationally alongside its business customers.

The acquisition of GrapeCity gains the support of existing customers of Intuitive in China as well as Intuitive’s support team and personnel that are currently in China. GrapeCity will help Consona continue to expand its operations in China and hopefully build a stronger customer base. Consona and GrapeCity look forward to this new relationship and hope they can succeed in building a strong customer base for Consona Corporation in China.
